Order Issue
Can I change or modify my order?
Please note that orders can only be modified before they leave our warehouse. If your order is still in processing, please contact us and we will do everything we can to help modify your order for you. If you wish to cancel your order, please refer to the order details or confirmation email for your order. If your order has not been shipped, you will be able to cancel the order through the order details page. Once your order has left our warehouse, we are unable to make any changes to the order and you must wait until it is delivered. Once your order is delivered, you can request a return for a refund within 14 days.
How to cancel my order?
Please note that orders can only be cancelled before they leave our warehouse. You can cancel your order by yourself before it has shipped through the order details page.
Why didn't I get an email about my order being shipped?
Normally, an email with your tracking number will be sent to your account email address once the order is shipped out.
If you did not receive this email, you can check the following situations:
- Please check whether the email address you used to place the order is correct.
- Please check your junk folder to see whether the email was misplaced.
- Please check the order status in your account to see whether it is shipped.
What should I do if I receive the wrong item that I didn't order?
Please contact us ASAP. Email us with your order number, information regarding the problem, and provide pictures if there is any damage and/or quality issues.
Why am I missing items from my order?
There are two situations regarding missing items. Please review the following descriptions and contact us accordingly:
(1)Your order is overweight due to excess items or contains pre-order products.
For overweight orders, we may split the order and ship it out in several packages. For orders containing pre-order products, we may also split the order if it was a little delayed and give priority to the items in stock. This way you can receive some of your items as quickly as possible. We will then ship out the remaining pre-order products as soon as they are in stock. Therefore, the missing items may be found in the coming packages. If you have any questions about your package tracking information, please feel free to contact us.
(2)Missing items caused during packing or transportation. Please contact us ASAP.
Email us with your order number, information regarding the problem, and provide pictures of the items you received.
How can I write a review?
Please leave your review after confirming delivery in your order detail and write a review.
Shipping & Delivery
Where does allsips ship?
We have a robust logistics infrastructure that allows us to ship to 130+ countries from multiple locations (currently shipping from China, US, UK and Germany). Please visit our Shipping & Delivery page for more information.
When will my order ship and how long will it takes?
Normally for in-stock products, it will take 1-3 days to process the order after the order is placed.
Keeping this in mind, please double check the estimated shipping dates under each item that you’ve ordered. You can find this information in the Shipping Dates section on each item's page. This will let you know when your item is estimated to ship from our warehouse.
P.S. If your order somehow gets shipped separately and you'd like to initiate a return, please wait until your entire order arrives. The 14-day return begins once the second half of your order is delivered.???
Why is there no tracking update?
As some packages are shipped internationally, you may not see updates via local couriers until the package is in transit, cleared by local customs, and entry is granted into your country. This process can take anywhere from 3 to 5 days. If your order is still under the estimated delivery time frame, please wait patiently! Once this process has been completed, you will be able to see your tracking updates.
If your order has not been updated for a long time and is overdue, you may contact the shipping courier or contact us for help.
My package shows delivered, but I didn't actually receive it.
Sometimes tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s great to check the following:
- Please make sure your order address is correct
- Check with neighbours and family members(sometimes they will help to pick up)
- Look around the place of delivery(mailbox)
- Check for notice of attempted delivery

Return & Refund
How can I return items?
- Logged in and made your purchase, please go to the My Order -> Order Details page and click on Return/Refund.
- If you placed your order as a guest, please go to your order confirmation or shipment email -> Click "View Order" -> Confirm Delivery-> Click on Return/Refund.
Tips: Make sure to confirm shipment before you start a refund/return.
If you need any further help, please contact us with the item(s) and reason(s) for return.
Can I exchange the color of the items?
Based on the principle of being responsible to all of our customers, we do not provide exchange services. However, you can request a return for refund within 14 days if the order was not paid with store credit.
Can I change return options?
Please know that after submitting the return request, you can change options before the countdown ends.
How long do I have to return?
Please return the item(s) within 7 days after you receive the shipping label or return address. If you return the package by yourself, please do fill in the return tracking number and carrier name.
Do you refund the delivery charge?
Unfortunately, shipping fees for returning items must be covered by the customer if the items are returned for non-quality issues. Shipping fees will vary based on the local shipping company the customer chooses to use.
When will I receive my refund?
After your order has been processed and returned to our facilities, please allow up to 7 days for the refunded amount to hit your bank account. We will send you an email once your return package has been received and your refund is on the way to your bank account. If you haven't received an email from us within 28 days, please contact us.
My return shows it was delivered. Why haven't I received my refund?
When the return package is delivered, it typically takes 3-5 business days for us to collect and open the package for confirmation. Thus, the refund will be issued once the items are confirmed to be in good condition and completed.
Payment Issue
What types of payments do you accept?
We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club credit cards or debit cards.
Why was I charged twice?
Uh oh! However, please don't worry! Please check first to see if you accidentally placed multiple orders. If not, please take a screenshot of the payment history and contact us.
Why has my payment been declined?
This may have happened for a few different reasons:
- Card info is incorrect. Please kindly check the expiration date, billing address, and security code (The security code can be on the back of your Visa/Mastercard).
- Card issuer bank declined your payment.
- Not enough balance on the card.
- Shipping address and billing address are inconsistent/incorrect.
If everything is correct, please open another browser and/or try other forms of payment to complete your order.
